Please read our Terms of Service carefully before making any purchases or accessing our website. By using this site means that you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Conversely, desist usage of the website if you do not agree or choose not to comply.

SIZING & FITTING POLICY

At Sperdon our garments are tailored in accordance with the measuring specifications you provided. To ensure that your made-to-order item fits you perfectly, we have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications. Please understand that items that do not fit properly as a result of wrong measurements provided by customers cannot be returned or exchanged. Your best option is to look for a local tailoring service to rectify this at your own cost.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing of our products are subject to change without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification or price changes.

Please be Informed that final pricing of items are calculated at checkout with applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs inclusive.

Acceptable payment methods are listed at checkout. In light of that, please keep in mind that some payment methods may charge additional transaction fees. Notably, all payments are processed through a third party service. For this reason, Sperdon does not store or collect any payment information.

Cancellation Policy

Items that are not paid for immediately after selection(items in your cart) may be canceled automatically by our system and made available to other customers on a first come, first serve basis. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. However, if you insist on cancelling your order after payment, please check with our customer service to make sure the order has not been processed.

Shipping & Processing

The processing time differs from shipping. Processing time for made-to-order products is approximately 3 weeks (15-27 days) from the day of purchase. All our garments are custom made, so please allow enough time to prepare and pack your order. Our ready-to-wear items are stocked and ready to be shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase.

Shipping is worldwide. Order takes about 5-10 working days excluding weekends and holidays to move from our facilities to your destination. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company. Also note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location. Once your order is completed and shipped, we will notify you by email with tracking information. Please be advised that Sperdon will not be liable for any damages or shipping delays after items have been handed over to the courier.

Signatures may be required upon delivery, so please make sure there’s someone available to receive your package. Items are only allowed 2 delivery attempts after which the package will be left at the nearest shipping sorting center. You have 5 days to collect the package wherafter it will be returned to Sperdon. A second shipping will be arranged at the expense of the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Custom made products and sales items are final and not eligible for returns or refunds. However, some ready-to-wear items (squares & scarves) when returned in their original condition may be acceptable for exchange within 10 days from date of delivery. Please be aware that return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
